The weather.

So what have I been doing since my last post. Well I have been traveling. A LOT!!


The last several weeks have been surprisingly bad weather all over AFG. I had this one flight originating from eastern part of AFG to the southern part. It got diverted to BAF the northern part of AFG and I was stuck for a few days.

I finally got back to Camp Leatherneck and I see this after eating at the DFAC. Yeah its a dust storm rolling in. The picture is just a small corner part of the dust storm. It's actually a lot bigger.

Hauled back to the room just in time. The sun doesn't usually set until like 630-7. It was 530ish pm and it was almost as dark as night. Kinda cool cause there was a little bit of red tint to everything while the storm was blowing by.
