Looking back, I think I have to eat about an extra 2 meals a day, when I want any kind of effect from going to the gym. Like building mass or strength. Thats a lot of food for me. 5 meals a day. It's hard to do. I have to go buy more food, or take home a few trays from the chow hall.
Anyways I'm as big as I want to be. Gonna start cutting back on eating so much
