Best of the Marine Corps

These kind of situations happen all the time...

In Formation, passing word

Platoon Sgt: (angry, spit flying from his mouth) The barracks failed field day!! You guys failed field day! You guys live like pigs. Rooms all trashy, dirty, smelly.... *continues ranting.

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHY YOU GUYS FAILED FIELD DAY!!?!?!?!

ME: (raise my hand)

Platoon Sgt: YES * points to me

Me: I think the NCOs are responsible for are failure of Field day. After all they did come by and inspected our rooms twice, at night the day before, and that morning. They're the ones who secured us for liberty after field day. You guys said our rooms were clean before you let us off last night.

Platoon Sgt: (hands waving in my face) There you go thinking again...!!! (stuttering) It doesn't matter what you think, because what you think doesn't lead you anywhere. Thats it!!! You guys don't know how to clean. I'm gonna micro manage everybody from now on. * blah blah blah
Everybody can thank Lcpl Wong...

note:
I'm not trying to avoid the responsibility of cleaning my room. Or point fingers at other people. I just answering the Plt Sgt question that he openly asked the platoon, (trying to apply some logic to the situation) I just thought his response was really funny so I posted it here online.

You wildin son! LOL u knew that was going to be the response you got. Most people don't like to admit when their juniors are right and they are not. Especially in front of so many juniors when they are pretending to no what they are doing. That's what's up though! But remember we are on a mission so dont piss off the important people... to much that is.
